FC Nordsjælland is looking for a highly competent and values-driven Head of Coaching to join our women’s and girls’ program, leading the technical development of both the women’s first team and the U19 girls team.

This is a key role within our women’s football program, where the daily ambition is to develop and strengthen our environment through our coaches and staff.
